Default Handguards

Is it worth ordering a quad rail with the rifle kit or shopping for one later? same with mbus?

Depends on what you're getting, how much it costs, what you want and what you have for tools. It may be cheaper to get the mbus separately. What rifle are you looking at? What guard do you want?

Im looking at a PSA 16" hammer forged lightweight mid length. They only have two options with rails. I haven't really looked into rails yet. I just didn't know if you guys had any opinions. I don't know one rails for another but I don't wanna really pay $250+ on a rail.

I'd say take a peek around at different options out there and see what you like and what it costs. Find one you like and come back and one of the AR experts here can tell you if it's a good price and whether or not you will need to change the gas block or anything.

With PSA, you might want to just keep checking. They are constantly changing the rails and handguards they offer with their uppers, based on what they have in stock. I had to wait several weeks for the upper that I wanted to be available with the rail that I wanted. I got the YHM Diamond rifle length quad rail, to me it was worth waiting for.

Their DD rails are having 20% off. I ordered the Omega 7" carbine for $212 included free shipping. Best prices!
Too bad their 20% off on rails not valid for Troy's
