It would be nice to have the exact same sight but it really doesn't matter. Precision shooting is about breathing and even learning to pull the trigger between heartbeats. If you practice with a 22 with common dovetail sights you will adapt to the military peep sights before you have to qualify. If you master breathing before you head out for boot camp uncle sam will take care of the rest. Just have as much fun as you can right now.
