Upper receiver and other needed parts will be here today, I'm going to try and start it tonight but I have night class so we will see how far I get

Got all of the parts expect for the magpul grip today I just put the dpms grip on for now. Build went great and fairly quick. But here she is for the first time

Yes, Charles Daly really did a nice job on their lowers. I got that one for my son-in-law for Christmas 2010 (he's from Harrisburg). I'm sorry to see them go out of business after decades of importing nice firearms (and building a very good AR for a few years).

They're very high quality, the lgs I got mine at has one more that I may have to snatch before someone else does
