First lower build.

Just finished my first build. Spikes lower,DD LpK, vltor Emod stock, and CAA grip. Now time to start shopping for the upper. Happy I got the lower before all of the craziness.

The texture on the grip gives it some character. Looks great.

How are you going to top it off?

Original plan was to build it as a 7.62x39 upper so I could shoot the same ammo as my AK. However the wife got me a few 556 pmags so it looks like I will go with what I fan find for the time being.

I think your wife saved you a lot of grief, 5.56 is the way to go.
