Found this. It goes along w/ my post in the General Semi Auto forum. This guy is kind of a dbag but some of the information is good.

Good video, too bad he didn't set the mike closer in - garbled audio.

Yeah the tunnel audio distracts but you can understand him plus overall it's pretty clear cut and informative. Thanks for posting...
