Favorite AR-15 magazine capacity
 

If you can have all the AR-15 magazines you want but can only get one capacity type. Which will you choose?

ADD: For those who are restricted...assume (for this poll) you are not restricted and can get any size you want.

I only have one choice being that I live in Kommiefornia, and that's a ten or less mag. I buy the pinned 20 rounders just for looks, but I single feed mine most of the time anyways since I am a bench rest shooter. And anything bigger than a 20 rounder hits the bench.

SS, I edited the rules. If you can have any size mag care to share which you will choose?

Would probably stick with a twenty rounder, but a real twenty rounder, for the whole hitting the bench thing. For a zombie gun though, I would want two thirties banded together for quick reloads.

20 rd, Old USGI w/Aluminum Follower. Back in the day that was all we had.

Got brainwashed I guess, anything else just feels wrong, kinda like carrying your wallet in the wrong pocket.

I have 10rd mags for the range and hunting. I also have 30rd mags for the range and SHTF.

Next up is to get myself a 100rd drum, maybe 2. ;)

Id probably stick w/ 30s. I wouldnt want more than that hanging from my neck for any extended amount of time.

For compitition a 60rd Surefire would be nice. I wouldnt go any more than that however.

Cammenga Easy Load 30 rounders are all I keep now. This weekend I need to box up the rest of the mags I have bought over the years and put them up for bid in the for sale section.

If Cammenga goes larger in the future, I will look at them and re-evaluate then, but right now the 30's are the best thing going for me and mine.

I chose 30 but have about fifteen 20s which I find very handy for bench shooting. I have little reason to go higher or lower than 20-30.

I say 30 thats what we train with and what im comfortable with. but as stated above i sure would love a surefire 60 or 100 for fun.
