I have Troy fixed front and rear do not have a red dot yet and not sure I will get one just thinking about it. I noticed some fixed rear sights have windage and elevation adjustments the troys only have windage is this ok if there going to be my main sights?

You'll be fine, the front post will take care of the elevation. EoTech without a riser will give you true cowitness.

I have Magpul BUIS front+rear and cowitnessing with Eotech Xps2-0. They work great and no riser needed.
