Difference in ar10 & ar15

I'm new at this and wanting to learn some. What's the difference?

The biggest difference is the AR10 fires the .308 cartridge or other similar cartridges and the AR15 fires the .223 cartridge or other similar cartridges.

Simply put, the AR-10 (.308) magazine wont fit in the AR-15 (.223) mag well.

You can make any one AR-15 platform to make interchangable rifles in 204, 223, 221, 6.5,

As for any AR-10 lower can make rifles in 338 Federal, 308, 7-08, 260 Rem, 6.5 Creedmoor, and 243 type calibers..

There are only a few differences between for both of the two, Alto. The magazine and overall length and well, the stopping power.
