decent ar 15 to start with?
Want to get a bcm ar15 but dont have enought.
Any good ar15 for less than 900 to start with?
Cant get a lower on its own due to me not being 21 yet.(only 6months to go)
Would a m&p 15 be fine and then switch uppers to a bcm in future?
Any input would be great.
Thanks in advance

M&P is a decent gun to start with. It is one of the better lower end ar15. You could have a family member of age buy the lower get the upper you want let them put the two pins in and transfer it to you through a ffl dealer once its completed rifle so there is no hanky panky with straw buy laws.

Core-15 is not a bad option either and their "entry level" model is very affordable.

Palmetto state armory make a nice AR15 carbine with all the right specs.

I think last week I saw them on sale for 699.

I'm thinking Agent works for PSA :D agreed though.

Want to get something good not just to get. Want a bcm though don't have the funds that high.
Also with elections around the corner, who knows if there's any gun laws around the corner too.
Was going to go for a ak style rifle in 5.56 but heard about possible feeding issues due to long straight case of 5.56 in ak rifles.
So might just start off with a decent ar 15.
Asof know, im considering -psa, bushmaster, stag, spikes tactical, dont know what else

Take the bushy off your list if you want something good. RRA can be had for under 900 if you catch them at the right time.

Its on par with the mp15 quality wise but you pay 50% more for no reason other than the ruger stamp.
