Gun-deals.com choose the caliber you're looking for and it'll search the websites for you. I bought 1000 rnds about 2 months ago (.40) for 0.19 per round.

It's hard to believe that every gun store in America is sold out of AK's and AR's.

If they aren't sold out, they are double the MSRP.

Higher end 5.56/223 ammo at a regular price at PSA right now. Best fit for the 1:7 and 1:8 twist crowds. $1/rd, which is/was perfectly acceptable for this stuff:

Hornady Superformance 5.56 75gr BTHP match: $19.95

Steep price per trigger pull, but makes a whole lot more sense (to me at least) than those paying nearly the same for military ball or Russian ammo. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this if it doesn't suit your needs. 223/556 is a staple round. It ain't going anywhere and it will be back on the shelves. But if it is for you (you all know who you are), sure seems like a solid buy at the moment.

Ordered 8 30 round magazines from Promag for $15.00 each on December 19th, and they showed up today! I got order confirmation on December 19th, but never anything else. I figured it was one of those deals where I would be on an indefinite wait list. Feels like Christmas!

Since the tragedy I've been able to acquire these 8 30 round pro mags, 6 30 round and 2 20 round Thermolds, 1 30 round and 7 20 round pmags. I'm feeling much better about my personal inventory.

And 1,000 rounds of .223 brass to start my reloading. This was the last piece of the puzzle i needed to get my .223 loading going.

They're not all sold out. There are a couple of stores in Tulsa that have some AR's, and I think I saw some AK's too!

There are some units in stock here and there. Mostly very high end versions that panic buyers aren't prepared drop the coin for. And given the steep prices, there are a ton available in the secondary market. My local range has an AR with a LRB lower, PSA upper and unknown parts kit on consignment for $1400. I managed to get in an order for a New Frontier complete lower last week and got the ship notification yesterday. Only thing is I haven't seen a reasonably priced upper anywhere. And many sites are saying 6-8 months or more for back orders.

I just got 2 of their stripped lowers and am having problems with fitting some parts... Tight fit on everything.. Had to sand some parts down just to make them work..
