I got questions about the PSA uppers. The ones dont say "Without BCG or CH", means complete upper?

For example these two:

http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/ar-15-05/complete-uppers/16/psa-16-mid-length-pencil-profile-cl-mp-premium-upper.html

Or this one

http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/ar-15-05/complete-uppers/16/psa-16-chrome-lined-premium-mid-length-dissipator.html

Thx

PSA is out of BCGs and has been for some time... They don't have any complete uppers right now...

I'd like to know this too. I suspect it will weigh about what my 16" midlength DD and BCM pencils weigh.
(No handguards, rear sight, BCG or charging handle.)

Daniel Defense LW profile CHF (no sling mount under FSB) - 2# 9.5 oz.
BCM LW profile button rifled - 2# 11.5 oz.

And probably a few ounces less than this one I recently bought:

PSA gov't profile button rifled - 2# 13.2 oz.
