Easy!. Just go to PSA website and subsrcibe their mailing list. You will be notified for all the deals they have. Or you can also like their FB page.

That might be my next stripped lower if I start another project...translation: 6.8spc, 300blk, or an 18" / 1:8 / 5.56. I like the looks of their plain spider lowers, with no fill-in color. They're the best looking (and most affordable) basic Spike's lower out there for my tastes.
But with Noveske right down the road, there seems to be a decent enough supply of "chainsaws" around here if you know who to ask..and I don't have to fiddle with trigger guard installation on those.
