Just the advice of someone who has dealt with PSA a bunch:
Don't sweat it. PSA offers excellent products at a really good price. But truthfully
: I believe PSA is a small business working to expand their reach, and encountering occasional logistical growing pains in doing so. It's part of developing a successful product- at some point demand will humble your resources/service, and you have to either find a way to step up or recoil to your previous state.
I've placed probably 20-30 orders with them this year (maybe a $300 average per order). They've screwed up once in that process. I emailed them and they remedied it by having missing parts at my door within about a week. They're struggling to live up to their order log, but PSA is an honest company that will do their part to make things right.
Any failures I've encountered with them have only been momentary. They'll likely be a critical resource for me for years to come. And I hope you eventaully find the same confidence. 'Honorable' doesn't always mean flawless.
