Donate it to a police turn in, do it through an attorney, good one, that assures you no harm will come to you. Or a bridge over water, 3am.

What state do you live in? It would be worth it to get your tax stamp and background check from the ATF.. Then you can take it to a gun store as put it on consignment or sell it to them.. Or if you find someone else that has class 3 permits that wants it...

If your gunna turn it into the police (i would assume for free or a amount that isn't close to the value of the gun) I think u would be better off putting it in a box an bury it in your back yard...

Just leave a note to dig it up before you move or for family after you pass!!

Assuming it's a full auto antique "Tommygun"? if you didn't follow all the rules, you need to tread VERY lightly now when you go to sell it, and I would do what you can to go back and get the correct tax stamps you need to actually own it.

If it's a newer copy semi-auto only, then you can sell it anywhere you want to. --a buddy of mine bought one in 2002. semi-auto, .45 Thompson carbine that looked and functioned exactly like the old tommyguns. I don't know what the actual model name of it was, if they still call them the same as the old full-auto guns or if they have a new name...we all just called it a tommy gun

Just ordered a Palmetto State Armory MOE LPK w/o Fire Control Group for my next build. $59.99 not a bad price considering it comes with the Magpul grip amnd trigger guard.

Not the right thread to post in. I would suggest you create a new thread under the correct sub forum
