I don't have patience, it's just my desire for an AR is not greater than my kids need for braces, clothes, electricity or food. Perhaps my choice to take up firearms as a hobby at this time in my life isn't the smartest, but you have to do something for yourself.

You don't need an upper to know if it's good, just make sure it snaps in and and when you pull out on it that the detent stops it from coming out all the way.
