Anyone here own one? Shoot one?

I'm looking at one of the variants of these rifles, they all appear to be about the same with some differences in the stock and rails. The builds appear to be very solid and the prices I can get them for here (NC) are within my budget $1k-$1100.

On the DDM4 I'm not sure I want the full 12" rail, thinking I like the v3 version with the 9" rail a little better. Either one can be had for under $1100.

Anyway, anything anyone can offer up on these rifles would be appreciated.

All I can say is that I've read a LOT about Daniel Defense products and they are very highly-regarded.

The guys that run my local gun shop visited the Daniel Deffense headquarters a week or two ago and were very impressed. I heard nothing but good things from them. The biggest point they made was how good their customer service is. They have one guy who handles your weapon/issue from start to finish if you have a problem.

I have had mine a couple of weeks and I love it
Hooked it up with a Trijicon ACOG almost as good as sex...........

Will a 6.8 upper wotk on the lower???????? need some imput

take a look at this pic:



Notice above the model number, it states: Cal: Multi

That is how you know. But if you are just curious, even a 5.56/.223 cal. marked lower will take 6.8SPC magazines.

Well mine does not say that but it will work so that is cool. 6.8 ammo is a bit more pricey
