Default Crazy prices

Red jacket ,stripped Lower just went for over 700 bucks on one of those online auction sites . Surely it's peaked and will settle soon .

Personally, I think it's funny.

All the lay about, just woke up, and WILL go back to sleep current gun buyers "should"'pay a premium for waiting until now.

I may even take advantage and sell off some surplus to all of these sheeple.

Johney Come Lately has always paid a premium but don't worry, half of these clowns will be looking to sell a year from now and take a 50% to 70% bath ^^THIS^^ stuff in order to fund there next flat screen TV.

Tack

I got lucky, finally finished my build in November, then headed to the boat. I had shot what little bit of ammo I had the extra money to buy.

I go to the boat, then pay bills and wait to get paid to buy bulk ammo in .223, yep I got screwed. Lol.

River Bend Arms, a great guy btw had some he was kind enough to sell to me, and ship down my way.

I went out and about when I got home and found some decently priced, if not normal. Brass cases 5.56 for $9.99 a box. Had about 40 boxes in stock.

It's like a time warp, KTB! Stock up, then get on that leaky ol' boat. Then have to start over again only to get sucked in again. Better that the catfish get them than the gov't!

I listed a Spikes BCG and a Spikes LPK on EBay yesterday. They were extras I had laying around for a future build (which currently seems pretty ambitious), and I had maybe $180 total into them. They were each started at $0.99, no reserve, 24hr auction.

BCG brought: $385
LPK: $197.50

I wouldn't have dreamed of asking that price, but if folks are determined to overpay....well, okay. These are items that are not regulated anywhere in the U.S. as far as I'm aware, and might not even be directly impacted by a ban!

I've also seen the following in the last day on EBAY (with actual bids this high):

(3) used G17 mags: $280
(1) new G18 mag: $320+
Various M16 BCGs: $300-450
Magpul window Pmags: $90ea
(1) crummy Aluminum Bushmaster AR mag: $100+ (everybody who watches the news knows Bushmaster makes the baddest, most dangerous gear)

I got in line on multiple online sites and will just hope for the best backordering PMags, BCGs, etc at rational prices....funded by the wallets of the irrational and ill-prepared.
