Default CMMG .22 conversion for AR-15s

Hey every one, I was thinking about investing in a CMMG .22 conversion kit for my AR. It seems like a really cheap way to still get trigger time with my AR with out breaking the bank. Any one else think this is a good idea? Have any one of you had experience with it? Is it durable? Let me know folks. Appriciate it as always.

Most of my serious AR buddies opt for a dedicated upper but these are very expensive. I'm interested in how good these kits are myself as I have a ton of .22 ammo on hand. CDNN currently has these on sale for $189 including a 25 round mag...

Yes, I have seen the complete .22 uppers, I am sure they are the better of the two options but I just don't have the money to fork over right now. Especially if there is an option out there like you said for a $200 solution. The money I save gets to be spent on ammo.
