I have a few Bipods myself. The last Bipod I got was also from a pawn shop for $10. It is a Chinese model, and probably for Air Soft, but I don't care, because I don't use them for everyday.
I do have a Harris Model, but it stays on my Custom Ruger 10/22 Target due to it's weight, and because I don't have Sand Bags.

I will say that the Blackhawk models at WalMart do look quite capable for the cost.

I have NcStar, Harris and Atlas Bipods. All i can say and always believe in, you get what you paid for.
Harris is the best all around, IMO.

Can somebody please recommend to me which of these two bipeds would be best based in there heights? They don't plain out say 6-9. The sniper one says 8-12 inches and when folded out May be around 6-9inches

Attach a bipod to the rail and it will bend or break the rail as you pivot. I know first hand.
