Default Buis

What's your favorite and why? I'm liking the Troy Diamond Head DiOptic with Tritium but am open to suggestions for my new AR build

My experience is rather limited. I've had either expensive adjustable steel sites (no tritium) or mbus. Of the two I prefer the mbus for the cheaper price and more compact design.
I don't expect much out of backup sights.

I went ahead and got the Troy Di-Optic diamond rear and HK like front. I know they aren't cheap but right now they are my only sights. I'm still looking for what kind of optic I want

All that really matters is they work and your happy with them. Any idea on what you want for an optic?

I'm indecisive on an ACOG or actual variable scope. I'm using this as a hog/shtf gun and plan on using night vision that mounts in front of whatever optic I choose. Oh and I don't really shoot past 150-200 yards but hunt inside 150

Don't have much experience with gun mounted nv either. Lol
My buddy had one that cost well over $800. He pulled it out on a camping trip and it didn't work. He had only had it for about two weeks, sighted it in, shot a coyote and put it away. He was not happy.
