Default Building an AR-15

I am about to be building my own AR-15, I think I can get all the parts necessary by order; but I was wondering what kind of wrenches do you need for this?

Default build or put together?

are you wanting to build one or assemble one? to assemble one you dont need any certain tools, you can buy the upper, lower, and bolt already assembled and then just put them all together.when knocking the pins out be sure to use something that wont scratch the metal though! good luck!

Check out Dillinger's thread about building an AR in the Knowledge Base. Tells you just about everything you need to know. I'm building one, too, and I'm using his procedure.

Nice drag up old threads just so you can sell stuff. How about making a real contribution to the board.

These are the sellers that I would never buy from. They run all over the interwebs posting nothing but dribble then start selling crap.

No thanks.

I dont work for them I am a U.S. Marine i was just trying to let him know they have tools there and i have never had a problem with them. If i was trying to drum up sells i would have told him I custom turn barrel and build uppers as a side job But i didn't. I like when people try something new like building there own rifle. Good Job though buddy you rock.

He wasn't talking about what you posted here. He was referring to the fact that you went through posting on everything, and not really adding any useful info, so that you could post your stuff in the sales area.

And you did make posts about your barrels and uppers, just not in this thread.
