Jason,
Go with the STR, has a nice cheek rest, also can store some AA or AAA batteries in it, or in California , our bullet button tool!
I bought the CTR and sold it .

If you in a Kommiefornia like me, get a few of these put them in your gloves (poke a hole in them and push the knob through) I bought like 12 of them, and only have 4 left.....I ended up giving them to my friends. Everyone loves em  . And honestly when they are in the glove, mag changes with a bullet button only take maybe 1 second longer.
