It's MAGNUM P.I.G and yes, it's an AR-45, a 458SOCOM.

And yes, you can make a small fortune building and shooting a 458SOCOM.

You just need to start off with a large fortune.

Nice lower, Shihan! Never seen that one before. Good luck with the new build. We'll definitely be watching!

Default Step 2: L P K Installation

Picked up a lower parts kit and installed it. It was more simple than I had thought. The next time should be a breeze. It now needs an ergo grip and haven't decided on a buttstock either.

I will pick those up shortly, then it is time to get an Upper and decide on caliber.

So many choices...Stay tuned

***UPDATE***

I would go with .50BMG.

I know that some people will gripe at me for mentioning this, because they sell Doublestar, but I would check out J and T Distributing for your upper. I bought my 24" bull barrelled upper from them, complete, for 504.00 delivered to my door. They had it there one week from calling in my order.

If you are going to go with a larger caliber than I would recommend a non adjustable stock. Or get a MagPul PRS and you should be good for anything.

Sure looks good though

I second putting a PRS on there. Hard to swallow coughing up 250.00 for a stock, but you will thank yourself in the long run.

AR ERGO Grip

As for the caliber, take a look at this:

The 6.5 Grendel

Alexander Arms: 6.5 Grendel®

Go with an ACE:

Note the Ergo grip.

This would look good on your AR, just ask RSG.
