Well after research and checking out different M4's I went with a spikes tactical with a flat top upper. Here it is. Yea it's New Jerkistan modified.

New Jersey, aside from maintaining an outright ban list, restricts any rifle to a removable mag and 1 other "evil black gun" feature. Sounds like the 1994 crime bill.
Did NJ pass there own version when the 94 bill was allowed to sunset in 04?

I believe the NJ bill pre-dates the '94 Federal ban so it would have been in force when the Fed bill sunset, actually Clinton may have based parts of the ban on NJ law thanks to that rotten POS Lautenberg.

You are correct with the exception of the mag. It can have a removable mag but limited o 15 rounds. Mine has a removable mags. Yes NJ kept the Clinton ban of 1994.

Wow, old thread

Well , the Upper is a Model 1 Saled 24" bull barrel 1/8 twist. Magpul PRS stock Millet Buckgold 6-25x56mm(nice scope). Harris Bi-pod 6"-9". Magpul trigger gaurd, Hogue rubber grip.

I'ts because of this rifle that I started reloading. Very accurate with handloads
