Check out my review in the optics forum. You'll love the scope and hate the covers.

Already don't like the covers, but I'll get over it. The scope is a lot better than most $100-$200 ones I have yet to seen.

I've owned several budget red dot sights, ATN, TruGlo, NC Star, etc. They all work.... for a while. The only one that I can say was worth every penny paid is my C-MORE ATAC. It's about seven years old and still works great. My habits are what they are. I don't think I am hard on gear, but none of the budget sights has ever lasted more than one or two years.

You can get lower line C-MORE sights at about $200, ranging up to the ATAC which lists for $444, but is probably easy enough to find for about $379. The CTAC is the same sight wiith polymer construction instead of aluminum. Watch out for airsoft clones. They are really accurate reproductions when it comes to appearance.

Here's mine with the MBUS front sight I use....

No question that this is a great value scope, hence my mostly positive review. The warranty just makes it so much better. At a buck fifty +/-, you can't beat it. I'd suggest you stick a drop or two of locktite on the mounting screw and she should stay put.

I wonder what is the deference in the primary arms red dot gen7 vs. gen3? The spec sheet is the same.

I used the PA that I bought for a few weeks. Then I got an EOTech. No comparison. EOTECH blows it away.

Order the strike fire red/green from amazon and try it out. You can always send it back if you don't like it.
