been wanting to build a Ar for the longest

Hey, been wanting to build a Ar 15 for a long time now.finally I have the money to buy and build one if you have any suggestions on what I need or any resources I know I want a green laser, like six mags etc. please anything that you know about them let me know. Thanks

What is it going to be for?

My one piece of advice is not to go cheap just to save a few bucks. Research and go with quality components off the bat. It will end up saving you money in the long run.

Well you bought a good Glock! So put some thought in the AR, what you'll use it for and your budget ... whether you want to buy a factory rifle or build your own. What is your budget anyway?

I have a small budget of 1500 maybe a little extra but that's about it for starts

$1500 will get you a great AR.

Figure out what you're wanting to do then research ARs in that catagory and ask questions.

Do you think it will be cheaper to buy a kit offline or buy one compete offline I know I want a bushmaster i'm just confessed a little bit and I seen a nice ar-10 but it was like 1200 what you think

I'd stop right there. I personally wouldn't take a bushmaster if someone gave it to me. With $1500, you could get either a Daniel Defense or BCM, and still have some left over for optics or ammo, or both. Both of those rifles will put a Bushmaster to shame, and aren't too expensive. BCM is around $1000, Daniel Defense, depending on the model, can be had for around $1100.

Okay thanks for the input I will check those two out. But just for the notes what's bad about them

You tried cheaperthandirt? I get a lot of ammo from them, but they have some good deals on lots of accessories. Not sure if your looking for a red dot, but if you don't want to spend 300 on a used EOTech, check out the sightmark ultrashot. Just over 100, and other then battery life its pretty much the same thing.
