Barrel Vice Jaws

What are you thoughts on using Barrel Vice Jaws for muzzle device installations? I see some people use them, and then others that don't... I don't have the experience to really know yet. Found this one:

It makes sense to me that it would reduce the force placed on the upper receive and barrel nut which from the tip of the barrel could be excessive if someone wasn't paying attention while torquing a brake on.

I've only used an internal upper receiver vice block on 16 builds and never have a problem. Just position your self properly and back it up with you're free hand. Also in my opinion the torque specs on barrel nuts and muzzle devices are an overkill.
