What are the differences in groupings between say a 16" barrel and a 20" barrel at approximately 100 and 200 yards (on an Ar-15)?

My 16" carbine shoots 3/4" at 100. My 20 HBAR shoots 1/2" at 100. Not much difference.
Barrel lenth as no effect on accuracy, is the quality of the barrel. The difference between is shot barrel and the long barrel would be acouple of 100`s fps., or 10 to 15 yrds. on max. point blank range.
