Well, took out the AR i built the other week to pop its cherry.....god, it shoots like a dream! Its so soft shooting, and i didnt actually sit down and make sure the zero was perfect, but i was shooting at stuff 200+ yards away and the rifle was right on target (it was stuff that wouldnt react, so i dunno if i hit it, but it looked like i did).

Tested it a lil, then dumped a mag through it, cycled and functioned 100%. so far we are at 90 rounds, trouble free.

It was like 105 out there, ugh. I hate anybody that suggested I get an AR. Its fun...and its easy to customize, that sucks. Now my M1A is just going to sit in the safe.

Stupid AR's.............stupid yet awesome.

Yeah. I had it set up like that initially because I was worried the MBUS would be in the way of operating the charging handle...but its not really and at the same time the charing handle isn't something I need to operate all the time.

Nice shoes.

Man there's a lot of brass on the ground too... Was the mag not locking in?

Man that Battlecomp almost sounds like a suppressor. Fun course of fire, was that a class or a competition event?

I probably didn't lock it in. I forgot about the second part of the drill (switching seats) and had started walking back to my gear so the mag change was done half assed as I was hurrying back to the vehicle.

It was a 1 day Armed Vehicle class.

I split the window frame wide open w/ the AK. Just a friendly reminder that there is a mechanical offset over bore for optics, lol
