Never seen any pin or roll pin punches at the Walmart near me and I've looked several times. Lowes/Home Depot has decent pin sets but I had to go to sears for a roll pin punch set. Brownnells best bet.

if you are going to buy tools, buy quality tools. a quality tool will last for many, many years and more than pay for themselves in the long run. with the exception of very few tools, you are not going to find quality made tools at WalMart. Lowes is better. best bet is to find a Snap-on, Mac or Matco tool dealer and set up an account if you are serious about buying quality tools. Sears Craftsman tools are a good option if you need to budget your money a bit tighter.

Don't skimp on quality punches. The elcheapo stuff you typically find at lowes home depot sears etc will mushroom and can easily damage pin holes. Get quality tool steel punches. Use your cards at walmart for something else.
