Can u change a ar15 22lr into a ar15 223/5.56? I want to buy a ar15 223/5.56 but I only have 600$ any help?

No but you can buy a .223 AR then later buy a .22lr upper.

I picked up an upper and lower last year for under $600. Start studying the stickies and figure out what it takes to put one together.

I have but I don't think I could build one for 600$, plus the tools to put it together

You can probably find a Smith & Wesson M&P 15 Sport for close to $600.
