Thanks mj,
I ended up installing 6 can lights and 3 full spectrum florescent banks. The room is not huge... Only 16x10 plus a 6x10 storage room. It will be perfect when the cabinets and workbench are installed. Plus I cut and bent all the diamond plate trim. That was huge cost savings.
