Probably. The mini red dot is the only solution I've found yet to add a quick sighting solution to a medium range carbine. I don't like the piggyback mount because I can't get a good cheek weld. ACOG is the primary sight, MRD is close range, irons are strictly backup. Eventually I'd like to replace the RDP II mini red dot with a Trijicon RMR and I'd like to get the ACOG in a LaRue mount.
