11", this AR is my LW experiment. I may not even put a light on it. Anyone have a lead on a Cav Arms II lower?

I cursed out the UPS guy Mon. because he wouldn't go get the EVO. It had been sitting there waiting to go out on delivery for days. He just didn't want to get up and walk back there to get it. It finally got here Tues night.

Ah, nice. My next rifle is probably gonna be a 14.5 LW. As long as this Samson holds up, I'll probably get another 12.37 for it since the 11" is only 1 oz lighter.

How do you think it compares to the Troy TRX Extreme? I was originally looking at the Troy, but went with the Samson because it used the stock barrel nut and I could get my gas block off, and be because I think it looks better.

So far I'm loving mine, but I haven't gotten a chance to shoot it. That problem will be fixed soon though, I've got 640 rounds coming in from AIMSuprlus on Friday. 540 M193 and 100 Wolf 62 Gr. Can't wait to shoot it now that I've got it all set up.

I know how you feel about UPS, mine took 2 weeks from the day I ordered it till the day it arrived.

I really like the Troy EXT as in I own a few of them and prefer thier look over that of the EVO but w/ the pinned brake I went w/ the EVO because it uses the standard nut. Samson makes one for Rainier Arms w/ a slightly different pattern that I like but they don't have an 11" version and the 12" was sold out.

The EVO is sturdy and will get the job done.

Mine feels pretty sturdy as well, just haven't had a chance to shoot it with it yet.

Is that the BC 1.5? I'm looking to get the 1.0 for my rifle.

It is. I would recommend you do so. They work great.

Here are the weapons that uncle Sam let me play with. Man I don't miss lugging that saw around. I do miss my aimpoint. I wish they weren't so pricey. I will get pics of my build as soon as all my parts get here.

No collapsible stock on that Saw? I really like the 145.
