The website said it had to be paid to delivery carrier but was vague on the amount?
Here's some pics of the carrier/buffer assembly.

Cheek weld is not the most natural feeling thing but is not bad. Easiest fix...... I cut down a pistol buffer tube sleeve and slid it on. Perfect fit! Now extremely comfortable. I will report how it feels shooting with and without the sleeve.

The import tax was about $46. Extremely high in my opinion, but what was I gonna do? Refuse it? I think not.

Thank you sir. Interesting how the bolt was modded. Does this configuration use a seperate buffer at all or is it all recoil spring and the buffer bumper on the end of the bolt? Definitely keep us updated when you start shooting it.

I always wondered about the cheek weld when I first saw this configuration. Great solution to the problem! Sorry bout the import duties, I knew they were high but that does seem excessive on top of the purchase price. North America Free Trade at work huh!?!

This carrier actually has buffer weights built in to the narrowed rear end from where it narrows to the bump stop. I can't wait to get a chance to shoot it!

They may not be fancy but are both quite nice looking tho I like the simplistic look myself.

Nice build, now put a bunch of ammo downrange, then decide if it really needs anything else.
