Nuthin special! Repeat after me. "This is my rifle. There are many like it but this one is mine!....." Repeat until you BELIEVE!

Seriously nice build. How do you like the cheek riser? And does it interfere with the charging handle? And does it line up well with the Nikon?

lmao! I BELIEVE IT!

thanks! I really like the cheek riser, it was just a simple cheap command arms snap on, but it really does the job.....lines up perfectly with the scope, just luck I guess. and as long I keep the butt stock on the longest setting, it does not interfere with the charging handle. I got a riser also, and that raises the scope where the front post is just very light shadow at the bottom on 1X and gone on 1.5

I did get a taller cheek riser just to be safe, but it was WAY too tall....must have been designed for a carry handle scope.....

very happy with how its shaping. I wanted a "almost do it all" scope, and I think the Nikon m-223 will work very decent for both close range and mid range shots. or I hope so anyway....just looking through it so far....its a very clear and bright scope.

next up....range time.

Yeah the Nikon m - 223 is the scope I usually recommend for the shops tactical builds. I've had 30-40 through my hands and have yet to see a bad one.

Nice to know about the cheek riser. I've had guys asking and haven't found a really good one to recommend.

Where did you get that buffer tube? It's colored more like the SP-1 carbines and XM177s. I like it.

good to know. that makes me feel more secure in my purchase.... I knew they had a pretty good rep....still, always good to hear from real people with experience. imo, got a helluva deal on mine....on sale for 229.....cheapest I had seen recently on that scope.

here it is. I think it works well, especially for the price. but I'm certainly not an expert opinion.
