You would be correct! Yours inspired me. I knew that I wanted to build a Cerakoted one and decided to do the application myself. Big mistake! Cerakoting is just as addictive as building AR's. This one is the little brother of your 7.62x39.... A 5.56 Spikes CHF 14.5 " + pinned Spikes Dynacomp with mid length gas system. I love the hand guard! It will be my go to for future builds.

LaiePoi, what do you think of the Geissele Super Gas Block? How was the installation?
And the Fortis CH, if you were to choose between BCM GunFighter CH, which one will you pick?
Lastly, YOU SOB!! Again you made me came by just seeing the pics lol.
Really nice bro.. really sick!

Haha thanks bro your epic builds have really rubbed off on me. I actually like the Geissele GB a lot. Not sure if I shoulda went with the black colored one tho but no biggie it still matches the bling. I was kinda scared of the install where I had to dimple the barrel with the drill but it was actually pretty easy and had no problems with that at all. There is the option to pin it also but I don't have the tools for that. I actually like the fortis ch more than I thought I would. Really only got it because it matched the other chromed out parts and because I like trying different products. Things I like are the latch is big enough to where you will never miss it and it really does have lots of lubricity compared to others also I don't think it will get the scratch wear marks like on the black CH because it is a silverish finish. It is kinda big on both sides and sort of gets in the way of the FA but not a big deal you can still get to it. But it is bigger than the gunfighter. Guess that's why it's called the hammer. The serrations are really aggressive so it may cause your finger or hand to get a little raw after a bit of racking. Great for gloves tho. I'd still pick the gunfighter as of now but haven't really used the fortis enough yet so not fair to say really

The stick looks great. I think I'm going burnt bronze next time

Proud of this one

Current project: M16A1. Several original Colt M16 parts being used, some PSA to replace all the 'naughty' parts and the Bolt carrier group also to ensure it runs reliably.

Probably nothing wrong with a Colt BCG made in 1974 but I'm sticking with what I know works.

BCG and LPK ordered from PSA yesterday, now I just need a lower with a decent (preferably small) roll mark until I can get an NDSA1 lower. Here she is at the moment, about to be sent out for re-anodizing... Well when I can afford it
