If you are talking about mine, the bull barrel is very heavy. The other one is actually quite light even with the stuff.

It is a great shooting rifle. At fifty yards I am getting 3/4 inch MOA and at 100 yards 1 inch MOA. Have not had a single jam or FTF. The AB Arms hand-guard make holding the rifle a pleasure.

I feel the same way with my M&P15. 4000rds down the pipe, and no jams. (It even passed the sand test)
It consistently shoots 1MOA or better, shoots better than I do.
Another high quality, reliable firearm from Smith&Wesson.

Daddie: sounds like a good deal to me..

And here is a pic of my latest (had to sell my LMT MRP Piston to buy it)

LWRC M6A2 Ceracote.

Got it yesterday. Took it to the range last night and again this morning.

Vortex Strikefire = awesome 1-2X optic for the price.

Nobody is competing with it for under $300 in my opinion. Just something to think about for those of you looking for a great $120-200 optic. The $400-800 variety is fine (I have one), but it simply isn't practical for everyone. If that's your predicament, the answer you seek is probably Vortex.

I consider the two Strikefires I have to be 'to hell and back' reliable.

I've added a Aimpoint PRO. I am just starting the customizing process, but for now, I think it'll do.

Spikes 16" mid length upper on a PSA lower. Runs like a champ.
