I just got that vortex red dot sight. I haven't got a chance to use it yet. How's it work for you?

I can't take it anymore, I gotta post mine. I'll admit I've been kinda scared to post pics of my stuff on the web. But anyway, this site has been pretty decent. I found it after I got my iPhone a month or so ago. I built my AR based on a little research, but right at the height of the "assault weapons" ban scare, so I got what I could get when it popped up. After talking to an old Vietnam Vet, he recommended my barrel specs for the same reasons people also recommend on sites like this also. Some specs are:
DPMS Mark 12 18", 1:8, rifle gas.
Anderson mfg lower, SOTA arms upper,
CMT BCG, standard three prong FH,
A basic commercial stock/buffer, Magpul MOE hand guard.

The top is mine, the bottom is one I'm building for my cousin, the middle lower is a lefty I'm building for my pops, the fde lower is my second one in .300 blk. I'm addicted and I got everyone around me addicted. My brother who is an LE officer is having me build one soon too. Lol.

*double also, my bad.

I wanted to add, it was supposed to be a long term build but took me exactly a month.

Anyone have a lead on a 95% lower that won't empty my wallet?

I'm recently addicted too. I haven't even finished my first build and I've already started on another for my father. AR's are like Erector sets for adults. Three of my friends are also building their own at the moment.

The build your own aspect of ARs gives end users a working knowledge of basic gun mechanics and I really think it is a huge positive for firearm enthusiasts.

One of the best looking rigs I've seen. How do you like you're M&P15?
