My wife doesn't get to shoot my new AR until, I can afford to do a new build. I have a stripped lower, but she has a bit of a wait yet.

I went with a two stage because I have a tick in my shooting hand. It was brought on from years of using power tools, and air nail guns.

At any rate the 2 stage helps me control my shots. I can fee it get down to the final stage, at which, even if my hand or arm is ticking, I can release the round, with better control. I dunno if that made sense, but this is what I have found.

For sure if you are a competition shooter, I could see the benifit of the 2 stage. As a hunter, and former Army guy, I doubt I would like it in that environment.

That's a great idea, when I'm done building mine my wife won't get to shoot it unless I get a stripped upper and lower first ;-)
