I enjoy the 5.45. I can afford to shoot. It gets shot more than any of my other rifles.

I bet. My only "problem " is I thought the magazine looked cool but I can't use it unless I get 5.45.

Oh, I got ya. Some of the 5.45 mags that I have are flat black, and some glossy. Out of 20 mags I have 5 or 6 that actually work lol. Sometimes I will use a pmag downloaded to 20.

My wife's DPMS (with scope) and mine (with light and sling). Just got our quad rails and mounted our foregrip bipods. I'd be a liar if I said I wasn't a lil jealous of her scope, $30 on eBay with a couple nicks and scratches but works great.

Pics of the new optics. I pulled off the carry handle sights, even though I liked them. I put a Nikon P223 on the .223 Wylde, and a Vortec Sparc on the .50 Beowulf. The .50 cal has a maximum range of 200 yards, that's why it got the Sparc. I actually wasn't looking to buy the Sparc, but when PSA put it on sale for $149 I couldn't pass it up. I haven't had a chance to sight either in yet, other than bore sighting. And yes, I know that the front sight on the Beowulf is on backwards, I just like it better that way. I tried the Sparc fully cowitnessed with the rear carry handle, but I didn't like the obstructed view.
