Default Ar noobie help please.

I have someone waiting to trade this ar for my xdm. Here are some pics and details. What is it worth? He said he just finished the build.

rguns upper, fluted 16 inch bull barrel, nickle boron bcg, spikes tactical lower, and the ego tech is not part of the deal.

Just the lower is worth $500. If you can function test it at the range(test) fire id make that exchange in a fraction of a heartbeat.
A list of parts word help me determine a better price, and maybe a not so closeup picture would help.

Tell him to throw in some mags too.

This deal would cash plus my xdm. Not just the xdm.

Ah yea , the cash is important. Your buddy is sitting on prime real estate right now.

Just as reference (assuming that's the complete rifle sans eotech for trade) He could be in the range of 2200.00 or more vs. whatever you spent on your Xdm9, minus the use.

The one pic is barely enough to really judge though

A COMPLETE lower receiver pre scare is worth $350 with receiver extention stock and stuff.

A Spikes NB bcg is work $225 (not sure if its a spikes or rguns) either way he wins.

Well given current market conditions, the spikes is about $500. The nickel boron bcg is probably $350 or $400. The upper is roughly $730 (that's a buy it now on gunbroker) But those are current and high end prices. After it calms down (assuming it does) then you can mark that down to $225 $279 and $400-$450 I believe. (though I'm not sure on the nickel boron bcg pre-hysteria price) Basically, pre-hysteria it's about a $800 gun. During hysteria, who knows maybe $1200-$2000 on any given day. I wouldn't put much cash in the deal.
