Default AR magazine locking system out for Anti-Gun States

Just saw a write up on Ammoland where there's a new magazine locking mechanism out that requires a person to partially disassemble(pop out the upper/lower take down pin) to release the mag.
It's apparently a way around those State Laws of registering a so-called "assault weapon" for NY, Conn, and others.

It's called ARMagLock. Looked interesting and simple enough in that it doesn't render the Weapon from being able to go back to original if need be.
