Default ar feeding problems

so I got about 70-80 rounds of these
2-H8025 - Ammo .223 Remington Hornady Superformance V-Max 53 Grain 3465 fps 20 Round Box
for free from a buddy of mine, but every time I go to cycle them through the weapon the bolt locks forward tight and will not come back with out a strenuous pull on the charging handle. I polished the feed ramp inside the receiver and that made it so instead of jamming every shot it works fine until the oil that I literally soaked the ramps with wears down then starts to jam again. 1:10 jams up now, it's really starting to get irritating. I tried steel cased, fmj's, hollow points, pretty much every thing else cycles fine. I haven't shot any yet, I have just been manually cycling them in 3 different mags I've been little worried to shoot with a bolt sticking forward. Any ideas?

Don't use those bullets.

no reloads, factory right out of the box, buddy sold his ar and gave them to me. I'm not about to just ''not use them'' I don't want a gun that won't eat every thing it's fed. If there is something I can do to solve the problem I'll try to solve it.
