They said I had to be 20 to get the complete lower which is total BS...they said it was because of the lower receiver even though you have to be 21 I think the guys are just dumb. I will not be doing business there again but I am going to call them tomorrow and ask about ordering an upper and them putting it on so I can get this thing to the range already!! Already dreaming about putting some rounds through this thing.

when or if you get this resolved, please inform the members here of your experience. Further, if they have actually wronged you file a complaint against their business.

File a complaint? nah more like rub it in their face and never go back there again, their loss I could have and would have done alot of good business with them.

If someone could help me out and find a RELIABLE source that states that you CAN be 18 to buy a complete lower I'd really appreciate it...I'm on the ATF website right now looking around and its actually really tough haha.

You're walking a very thin line, technically you should be fine buying a completed lower but from what I have read and been told the atf is strict on all lowers because you can still turn a complete rifle lower into a pistol or sbr

Yea im either going to do that or have someone over 21 come in with me and get it...they said that was an option to consider plus I think that would be better because I want to have this thing in my hands already!!!

1st highlight - that would be a straw purchase ... and illegal 
2nd highlight - if they suggested that idea I would seriously consider NEVER going back to them again. Cut your losses and have them return/resell the lower receiver. Find another LGS and "interview" them before you do business with them.
