To follow up, in canada suppressers are classified at prohibited. The only way to get a license is to have it grandfathered. As far as buying parts and doing a build it would be more costly to do that then what I'm wanting to do and I'm doing it on a budget. If funds weren't an issue believe you me I'd be doing a build from the ground up. Also thanks for you input!
