Anyone know of a good source....
For raw lower reciever raw forgings?
I want to maybe start a group buy with some local friends of mine for raw forgings or 80% lower recievers. Looking to buy a large quantity. Are Cerro and Anchor the only options?

Y'know Sun Devil Manufacturing used to sell them and now they've been acquired by Quentin Defense down the road. Anyway, QD has unannodized 80% 10-packs for $900. Probably way too pricey, straight from a forge they should be at least half that price. Also I feel funny mentioning their name, you guys already think I'm a shill.

I have a Sun Devil 80% billet that's nicely done. Picked it up from a guy selling it cheap, it was a prop to display uppers. Never did finish it though, no access to the proper tools. The magwell needs broached and the trigger area, at least the QD's have the magwell done.

Ya that broaching's gonna be a pain to find someone to do...... There's numerous places here in So Cal that will help with milling the FCG pocket.

Wow those Quentin Defence billet 80% lowers look nice! I like that it has an integrated trigger, guard flared magwell and fact that got rid of all the roll pins.

Yeah, and to be legal you have to operate the machinery yourself, no machine shop wants Homeland Security or BATF coming down on them for helping!
Nice price! $15 is more like it.
ETA:
The QD is a very nice product. I have one of their US Army Edition Billets (fully done, not 80%) and they do excellent work. I like the little extras you mentioned.

I was in the Phoenix area last week. Looking for a LGS, I found one called Coleman Tyler ( colemantyler.com ). Didn't make it to the store but saw they had Sun Devil stripped lowers online. Might be a source for what you need.
