Default Affordable brass?

Does anyone have a link for some affordable brass? I'm finding mostly that I can get fully loaded brass cartridges for less than the cost of empty brass casings. $400 for 1000 casings is too much.

I scored at a local gun show in April ,it might be worth a try for you too.
I went late on the last day, because often the vendors don't want to pack and haul their unsold inventory back home.

I got tumbled .40SW for $12 per 500 and tumbled 5.56 for $25 per 500, all mixed headstamps. The guy that I got it from had a range in Oregon that only allows factory ammo to be used on it(I don't remember why).I carefully inspected and sorted the brass and only discarded 6 of the 3000 .40SW , and 3 of the 2500 5.56.
