I have an ACOG and I was wondering if there is like a medium or high mount for it so it's quicker to get on sight picture?

From what I know that's just the way it is. Compact and tight, smaller silhouette and more rigid.

I like to adjust my stock so that I'm right up on the ACOG. Almost touching it. When I get my weld comfortable, it seems to be just about right, so I'm not really sure what you mean by crooking your neck.

Its hard to explain its like I got to almost push my cheek (more than normal) into the stock to look through the ACOG.

You're not using anything to augment your cheek weld, like a RISR, are you?

Installed one of these on my CTR stock and couldn't stand it - had the problem you are discussing of having to press my cheek and contort my head to get a good sight picture.

Expensive mistake.

No no cheek riser or nothing just a regular m4 stock.

If you must raise it, a cheap riser would be a detachable carry handle. You should be able to find those pretty easy.
