I came across some nosler .277 130 gr spitzer ballastic yellow tip bullets. Does anyone have data for h322. This will be done in an ar15.

From the Sierra Rifle and Handgun Reloading Book for 130gr SBTs and 135gr HPBT Matchkings...this will work for your Nosler 130gr bullets as well.

Brass: Remington
Primer: Rem 9 1/2 LRP (I prefer CCI BR-2 LRP)
Case length: 1.686" (1.676" to 1.686" and you're good)
Max Overall Cartridge length: 2.26" (most magazines allow 2.28")
Starting load: 22.3gr H322
Max load: 24.7gr H322
